The short answer
  • New Earth Development is a regenerative real-estate development company co-founded by Joe McVeen and Kelly Krezek.
  • Joe built one webinar funnel, run live and as an automated recording, that sold the company's online program, with paid ads in front of it.
  • The result, as Joe reports it: $200K+ at a 6:1 return on ad spend.
  • Sales came in from December 2023 through October 2026, strongest from November 2024 to March 2025.

The situation

Kelly and I co-founded New Earth Development. Back in 2022 we sold what we knew the way most experts do: as services. Every sale needed a call. Every client needed one of us. The calendar filled, then the inbox, and the kind of tired that sits in your shoulders and follows you to bed stopped going away. We were burning out.

We kept going because we believed in the work and the people it was for. If your business runs the same way, it is not a failure of effort. Selling only through your own calendar is simply how expert businesses start, and it eventually runs out of you.

Here is the part I am less proud of. By then I had spent years building funnels and running ads for other companies at my agency. I had never built one for myself.

What was built

  • An online program built from the company's know-how.
  • One presentation that teaches before it sells, offered both live and as an automated, pre-recorded webinar that runs on its own.
  • Registration pages and follow-up on the company's own masterclass site.
  • Paid ads sending people who had never heard of us to the registration page.

I built it by hand, before Launch Builder existed. Launch Builder is how I turned that method into a product, so other founders do not have to build it by hand.

The results, with dates

The dates come from the company's payment records. The overall total is my own reporting as co-founder, because many buyers paid by Zelle, PayPal and similar, which the card records alone do not show.

These are one company's results, built by hand before Launch Builder existed. They are not a promise or prediction of what you will earn. Results depend on your offer, your audience, your ad budget and the work you put in.

The moment I remember most is that New Year's Day. I was on the couch with my wife, Kelly, when my phone dinged a little after nine that night. A $1,997 sale had come through a recorded presentation that was running on its own.

What it shows

One presentation, run live and as a recording, with ads in front of it and follow-up behind it, kept selling a services company's know-how from December 2023 into October 2026. It needed an offer people already wanted, a presentation that taught first, and a system that kept asking while we did the work we started the company to do.

It is the funnel that led me to build Launch Builder, so a founder with a proven offer can have the same engine built with an AI Chief Revenue Officer instead of by hand. You get to be the expert who teaches, not the one chasing the next call.
