Why I write it.

I’m Joe McVeen. I’m rebuilding my own company around AI in real time - a founder making the calls, with an AI team doing the work. The Agentic Enterprise is where I think out loud about it: what’s working, what isn’t, and what it means for the way we lead.

My thesis is simple: as AI takes on the intellectual work, human value returns to the heart - to relationships, judgment, taste, and care. The job of a great operator is to lead from there. If that resonates, you’ll feel at home here.
