The situation

John Beaudry is a landscape designer. Through Beaudry Garden Design he helps homeowners turn a backyard into a garden sanctuary, and he sells an online Garden Sanctuary Program that teaches how. He had worked with me as a coaching client before this project. What he did not have was a way for people who had never heard of him to find him, learn from him and buy, without him in the room.

If your work is like John's, you may know the shape of this. The work you love happens with your hands and your eye. The marketing happens at night, in the gaps, after the real work is done. You post something and wait. You think about ads and close the tab. And under all of it runs a low hum of worry that follows you to bed: where does the next client come from?

You keep going anyway, because you love the work and the people you do it for. None of this means you are bad at business. Marketing has become a second full-time job, and nobody hands you the manual. I know that from the inside. For years my coaching business depended on whether I had posted that day, and I woke up anxious about it most mornings.

What was built

  • An evergreen webinar funnel, "Garden Sanctuary: Evergreen Webinar", created in Launch Builder on June 3, 2026: a registration page, a recorded masterclass people watch on demand, and automated follow-up email.
  • One offer: his Garden Sanctuary Program at $399.
  • Payments into his own Stripe account, connected on June 11, 2026, so every sale goes straight to John.
  • Ads in his own Meta ad account, with a registration campaign created on June 24, 2026.

His AI Chief Revenue Officer, the interface to Launch Builder, drafted most of it from what it knew about his business, then told him what only he could do and how to do it. My team and I set up the launch with him. For full disclosure: John was a coaching client of mine before this project, and he pays a grandfathered Launch Builder membership rate that is lower than today's price, and that arrangement includes my team's help setting up his launch.

The results, with dates

Every figure here comes from John's own records: his Launch Builder account, his Stripe account and his Meta ad account, read on October 13, 2026. Times are US Central.

In John's words

“The AI had already taken care of most of the things, and it said, now, these are what we need you to do, and then it gave me step-by-step instructions on how to do those things.”

John BeaudryJohn Beaudry, said on a call with Joe McVeen on June 25, 2026, while his funnel was being built

“it's completely transformed the way I actually work in the real world”

“hopefully, well, it's working, you know, the numbers are playing out. It's just a numbers game when you get down to it, really.”

What it shows

John's launch shows that an expert with no marketing team can have a complete automated webinar, ads and follow-up running in his own accounts. His first sale came in under two days on a modest daily budget, with my team helping him set it up. The system keeps doing the asking: about 21 new people a day have raised a hand to learn from John.

It also shows the next job clearly. So far his $399 program sales on their own have not covered his ad spend, and design projects that may come from these registrants are not tracked in Launch Builder. The work now is turning more of the people who register into buyers.

That is the point of all of it. You get to be the designer, the teacher, the expert in the garden, while the asking happens without you.

These are John's individual results, not a promise or prediction of what you will earn. Results depend on your offer, your audience, your ad budget and the work you put in.
