- A masterclass funnel is a free teaching presentation, a registration page, and automatic reminders, replay and follow-up, built around an offer that already sells.
- Build it in order: offer, the belief your buyer needs, presentation, recording, registration page, follow-up, a real reason to decide, then traffic.
- Launch Builder is built for this: you create each piece with your AI Chief Revenue Officer, the interface to Launch Builder, and you review and approve what goes live.
To build a masterclass funnel that follows up automatically, start from an offer people already buy, record one presentation that teaches something genuinely useful before it makes an offer, put a short registration page in front of it, and wire reminders, a replay and a follow-up series behind it. Then add traffic slowly and watch four numbers. The steps below are the order that avoids rebuilding.
Why a masterclass, and why it feels hard
You have explained what you do brilliantly, a thousand times, in rooms of one. Then you go home and write the follow-up. Then you remember the person you promised to call back. Then it is Thursday and nobody new has heard of you this week.
It wears on you in the shoulders and in the mornings. You start the day already behind.
You do it because the people you help deserve it, and that is exactly right. A masterclass simply lets you give that same explanation to many people at once, while you sleep. If you have not built one yet, that is not procrastination. Nobody showed you the pieces in order.
I know this wall from the inside. In 2017 I walked out of a corporate job with no plan and no savings and built a purpose-coaching business I loved. Then I met the wall: waking up with anxiety, posting content, and praying the algorithm would send the next client. My message got weaker the harder I chased, because I was trying to say the right thing instead of the true thing.
The eight steps
1. Choose the one offer that already sells
Pick the single offer your clients already buy and write down who it is for and why it is worth it, in the words buyers use on calls.
2. Name the belief your buyer needs
Decide what someone must understand or believe before your offer makes sense to them. That understanding is what the masterclass teaches.
3. Outline a presentation that teaches before it sells
Teach a few genuinely useful ideas in order, each one moving a stranger from curious to ready, then make one clean offer to the people it fits.
4. Record it so it can run on demand
Record the masterclass once so new registrants can watch on their own schedule. Keep it as long as the teaching needs and no longer.
5. Build a short registration page
One clear promise, only the details you need to deliver it, such as a first name and an email, and a plain statement that it is free.
6. Wire reminders, replay and follow-up
Send a reminder, a replay link, and a short follow-up series that answers the questions people still hold after watching. Send these to people who registered for them, and add someone to ongoing marketing emails only if they agreed to it.
7. Give a real reason to decide
If you have a genuine time-bound benefit, state it plainly and keep to it. Never invent a deadline.
8. Start traffic small and watch four numbers
Begin with warm relationships, partners, direct outreach or small paid tests, and watch registrations, show-up, conversion and cost.
Which platforms help with this
Several tools can host pages and send email. The question is who holds the whole thing together. In Launch Builder, you build the offer, the presentation, the funnel pages and the follow-up with your AI Chief Revenue Officer, in conversation or in the Launch Builder web app, with weekly live group coaching calls led by Joe McVeen. You still bring the facts, review each draft, approve what goes live and answer the people who reply.
Imagine a Saturday morning when someone in another time zone watches your masterclass, gets the follow-up you wrote once, and books a call before you have finished your coffee. You get to be the guide your clients came for, not the person chasing them.
